GENERAL SUMMARY:
Utilizes DART's transportation modes to complete and submit written reports regarding experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Utilizes, observe and submits written reports regarding experience with DART employees.
  2. Reports negative and positive experiences encountered while using DARTs system.
  3. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Note: An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the below stated minimums excluding High School Diploma, GED, Licenses, or Certifications.

  1. High School or general education diploma (GED) required. Twenty four (24) college credit hours preferred.
  2. Keen observation skills to report on services provided by staff.
  3. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate experience in using DART.
  4. Ability to perform duties with little or no supervision.
  5. Ability to work variable shifts and irregular hours.
  6. Must have basic computer skills.
  7. Must have immediate access to computer and internet service to submit reports and retrieve communication documents from supervisor.
  8. Must have banking account for direct deposit of payroll check.
  9. Must be able to maintain confidential information.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to Asst Mgr Service Assmt Ops *

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works in the field using all modes of DART transportation such as bus, rail and TRE. Works in an environment where there is minimum exposure to dust, noise, or temperature. May be moderately exposed to unpleasant working conditions to include dust, noise, temperature, weather, petroleum products, and chemicals while visiting DART's operating facilities, assuming incumbent is observing all policies and procedures, safety precautions and regulations, and using all protective clothing and devices provided.
